The Automatic Repair program started up, but after about five minutes a blue screen The computer started the start-up routine but Windows 10 never started. On one occasion I allowed it to attempt to complete the communicating process for 7 hours. The progress indicator rapidly proceeds to 40% (approximately) and then hangs-up. The problem occurs during the communicating process. The application opens, finds the printer, and then begins ‘HP Print and Scan Doctor’ does not work properly on either one of my desktop PCs. Right! Well, my question was answered but my problem still exists. With Windows 10 therefore it must be compatible. Microsoft says that the application is compatible with Windows 10 HP tells me that ‘HP Print and Scan Doctor’ is compatible The question that I posted has been answered.
